Want to seek professional development that involves independent learning and group discussion? In this Community of Practice, you will be provided with a copy of 33 Simple Strategies for Faculty by Lisa M. Nunn. Once a month (February 20th, March 19th, and April 23rd), the group will meet on Teams to discuss their reading and how it applies to their individual classes.  

Training will be held on the second Tuesday of each month, February 20, March 19, and April 16 from 2:00-4:00 PM via Microsoft Teams or on the Morristown Campus (CCEN 243). Virtual participants will receive a link via WS email to the session prior to the event. You will need a computer with an internet connection to attend virtually. Attendees only to need to register once for all three events.

Only faculty who have taught Fall 2023 or are currently teaching are invited to join this training   Faculty who attend and complete an assessment of the trainings will receive extra compensation of $50 (pre-tax) for each event paid according to payroll's established deadlines.
