eLEARN Ally In-Person

Ally is a tool available in eLEARN. For faculty, it checks eLEARN content for accessibility. For students, it offers an array of options for downloading and accessing instructor content. This training will show participants how to view their accessibility report, how to revise content for accessibility, and how to share enhanced content features with students.

Training will be held on Wednesday, 2/6 from 2-4pm via Teams and CCEN 243. Virtual participants will receive a link via WS email to the session prior to the event. You will need a computer with internet connection to attend virtually. In-person attendees should bring a device.

Only faculty who have taught Summer 2024, Fall 2024, or are currently teaching may receive pay for this training. Faculty members who have completed this training before must receive permission to be compensated for it from the Executive Director of IDEAS: Candace Justice (candace.justice@ws.edu). Faculty members who attend and complete an assessment of the training will receive extra compensation of $50 (pre-tax) paid according to payroll's established deadlines. If you have questions about the training, please contact Seth Kerney (seth.kerney@ws.edu).
