Our phase one WE C.A.R.E. training, entitled “I Ensure You Belong”, will be conducted in October and November 2025.  The goal of the training is to improve your ability to help others feel a high level of belonging, which in turn will have a positive impact on the college. 

All full-time employees are required to attend one of the four-hour sessions, and we ask that you sign up for your preferred session as soon as possible to confirm your seat. Sessions will be capped at approximately 50 employees, so early registration is encouraged.

This session is for ALL employees and will take place in the Foundation Room on the Morristown Campus.
